These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the official website of Rajya Sharir Saushtav Sanstha, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh ("RSSS", "MPRSSS", "the Federation", "we", "us" or "our") accessible at mprsss.in and any related sub-domains, micro-sites or digital properties operated by or on behalf of the Federation ("Website"). By accessing, browsing, viewing, downloading, submitting information through or otherwise using the Website, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

"Website" means all pages, content, databases, forms, services and resources available at mprsss.in and any related sub-domains or affiliated digital properties operated by RSSS.
"User" means any individual, member, athlete, coach, official, representative, affiliate, district unit, gym, sports club, entity or organisation accessing, viewing, downloading or interacting with the Website.
"Officials" means the President, Secretary, Executive Committee members, office bearers, members, employees, volunteers, coaches, referees, judges, staff, consultants, agents and representatives of RSSS.
"Content" means all text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, names, event information, results, rankings, forms, circulars, newsletters, announcements, athlete records, membership data and other materials displayed on or available through the Website.
"Indemnified Parties" means RSSS and all of its Officials, affiliates, partners, sponsors, agents, successors and assigns.

Your access to and use of the Website constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and RSSS. 3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

All Content on the Website is the exclusive property of RSSS, its affiliates or licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, trade name, design, passing-off and other intellectual property laws. The name Rajya Sharir Saushtav Sanstha, Ujjain, the acronym MPRSSS / RSSS, the official logo, emblems, championship names, event graphics, medals, photographs, result sheets, circulars, selection lists, rankings, member directories and all other proprietary materials are the exclusive property of RSSS.

Users may view, download and print pages solely for personal, non-commercial and informational use. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, adaptation, translation, display, publication, sale, licensing, creation of derivative works, commercial exploitation, scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, framing, mirroring, republication or use of the Content for political, defamatory, obscene, unlawful or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Secretary of RSSS.

5. Athlete, Championship and Affiliation Information

Information about athletes, championships, selection criteria, affiliated units, athlete records, results, rankings, weight categories, eligibility and affiliations is provided for general guidance and transparency. Final eligibility, selection, registration, entry, ranking, affiliation, weight classification, participation and all related decisions are at the sole and absolute discretion of RSSS and its authorized committees. The display of any name, photograph, result, ranking, affiliation or status on the Website does not create any legal, contractual, employment, agency, partnership or financial relationship between the User and RSSS or any Official. All records and results are subject to correction, updating and final ratification.

6. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimers

While RSSS makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date, the Federation does not warrant, guarantee or represent that the Content is complete, accurate, reliable, current, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, virus-free or fit for any particular purpose. Event dates, venues, results, athlete information, office-bearer details, affiliation status, rankings, membership records, circulars and other information are subject to change, correction, postponement, cancellation or updating without notice.

All Content is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, performance, timeliness or security. The Federation does not guarantee that the Website will be free from errors, omissions, bugs, viruses or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, aggravated or other damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses or claims, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, opportunity, reputation or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

Any decision, action, inaction, selection, ranking, result, championship, event, affiliation, membership status or conduct taken by you or any third party based on the Content.

Any unauthorised access to, use of, loss of, corruption of or alteration to your transmissions, data, account or information.
Any event, championship, training camp, selection trial, meeting, travel or activity organised, affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to RSSS.
Any technical failure, server downtime, software bug, compatibility issue, network error, security breach, hacking, malware, denial-of-service attack or force majeure event.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, equity, restitution or otherwise, and even if the Indemnified Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees, court costs, expert fees and settlement amounts), judgments, fines, penalties and sanctions arising out of or relating to:

You expressly agree not to use the Website or any Content to defame, harass, threaten, disparage, intimidate, misrepresent, stalk, bully, blackmail, troll or cause reputational, professional, emotional or financial harm to RSSS, its Officials, athletes, members, affiliated units, district associations, sponsors, partners or volunteers. Any material, comment, post, message, review, rating or communication that is found to be defamatory, abusive, false, misleading, malicious, injurious, obscene or otherwise harmful to the reputation of the Federation or any Official may be removed, edited or suppressed without notice, and the responsible User may be permanently barred from access, reported to relevant authorities and subject to civil and criminal legal action.

You further agree that RSSS and its Officials shall not be liable for any loss of reputation, goodwill, opportunity, earnings, business or standing arising from any content, statement, opinion, rumour or allegation posted, published or communicated by any User or third party, and you waive any right to bring a claim for defamation, harassment, emotional distress, loss of opportunity or any other liability in relation to such content, except where the Federation has itself knowingly and maliciously published defamatory content without good-faith basis.

These links are provided solely for convenience, reference and transparency and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, approval or responsibility. You agree that any submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may, but are not obligated to, review, screen, moderate, edit, remove or refuse to publish any submission.

12. Account, Access and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, terminate, ban or block your access to the Website or any part thereof for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, threat to the Federation or its Officials, technical necessity or compliance with law. No failure or delay by RSSS in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right, power or remedy. No waiver shall be effective unless given in writing by an authorised signatory of RSSS.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and RSSS regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written.
